Service Description

Participants learn through dialogue, reflection, role-playing, and presentations on how to move from nonracist to antiracist. This workshop will challenge participants to analyze the structures of power and privilege that hinder social equity and prepares them to be effective community members who understand the people we serve better. This training can be facilitated in-person (preference) or virtually via Zoom.
